What's with the Filipino foods?

One of the best things about the Philippines is the food. Filipinos love to eat. The Filipino Cuisine was influenced by many other cuisines (remember that a number of countries tried conquering the Philippines and they had somehow influenced the Filipino culture when they left), but Filipinos have somehow managed to add local taste to these dishes, turning it into something purely Filipino. In fact, Foreigners love the taste of different foods here in the Philippines.
